The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) proudly launched its monthly Alumni Speaker Series with a mission to build meaningful connections between alumni and current students. This initiative provides a platform for alumni to share valuable workplace advice, whether navigating a career as an employee or embarking on an entrepreneurial journey.

Headed by BTVI’s Fund Development Department, which oversees alumni relations, the series aims to:

• Inspire Students: Alumni share their success stories and challenges, motivating students to excel in their chosen fields.
• Bridge the Gap: Strengthen ties between current students and the alumni community.
• Offer Practical Insights: Provide actionable advice tailored to the workplace, highlighting industry trends and best practices.
