Located in Freeport, Grand Bahama on Peachtree Street and Settlers Way, the Grand Bahama Branch Campus is an integral part of the Grand Bahama community. Freeport, the capital of Grand Bahama, is a major port city – the Freeport Container Port being one of the largest cargo ports in the region – and is home to various industrial operations, including manufacturing and shipping. Thank to its Branch Campus, BTVI continues to ensure a cadre of trained technical and vocational professionals to meet the needs of a variety of industries.

The Branch Campus comprises eight labs – automotive, carpentry; welding; electrical; electronics; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; cosmetology-related; and plumbing – an administrative block, instructional classrooms, a physical plant workplace, a certification lab (under review), a computer server room and computer labs. Additionally, lounge areas are available for students, staff and instructors. An array of learning resources and media services facilitates the delivery of Special Interest, Certificate, Diploma and Associate Degree Programmes. BTVI’s technical infrastructure, security (physical and cyber) as well as network reliability standards extend to its Branch Campus.
