POSITION: Financial Aid Officer

This position is the primary contact providing relevant student financial aid information and administering the financial aid programmes for students. The development of positive relationships with prospective donors, external stakeholders for securing funds for student awards and scholarships is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Public Affairs, or Management.
At least two years professional job experience in an education or business setting; excellent interpersonal skills, English language, editing, and presentation skills; ability to analyze and compile data into reports and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines; strong computer skills (email, SIS, word processing spreadsheets, presentation software); ability to organise tasks and be attentive to detail; ability to maintain confidentiality.
