SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has overall responsibility for managing employee benefits, compensation, attendance and related areas of personnel management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management, Education Administration or Organizational Development.
- Skills/Experience: At least five (5) years of professional work experience in Education, Government or Business, organizations including administrative and operational responsibilities in Human Resources, Benefits and Compensation.
Strong written and spoken communication skills including the ability to write reports and business correspondence, effectively present information and respond to questions from administrators, staff, faculty and the general public.
Ability to read and interpret government policies and regulations.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills including expertise in word processing, spreadsheets and utilizing HR software applications for personnel records management.
