Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively dealing with a broad range of individuals
- High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
- Associate Degree Preferred
Required Experience:
- Experience in clerical, secretarial, or administrative positions.
Required Duties:
- Receiving telephone calls in response to queries about BTVI Programmes.
- Answering and routing telephone calls, mail, and email messages.
- Handling a wide range of information, social media, and flyer dissemination.
- Providing front-line customer service and answering inquiries from prospective students and the general public.
