The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department including interviewing and hiring staff, administering pay, benefits and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, conducting negotiations, contract administration, grievance complaint resolution, counselling, coordinating employee training and managing employees, ensuring that files/records/databases are maintained and up to date and assist with industrial relations at the Institute.

.       Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the Institution’s HRIS and talent

management systems.

Education and Experience:

.       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field


.       A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive human resource management experience

in a similar role.

.       Employee/Industrial Relations experience is required.

.       Human Resources certification is required.
