Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively dealing with a broad range of individuals
  • High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Associate Degree Preferred

Required Experience:

  • Experience in clerical, secretarial, or administrative positions.

Required Duties:

  • Receiving telephone calls in response to queries about BTVI Programmes.
  • Answering and routing telephone calls, mail, and email messages.
  • Handling a wide range of information, social media, and flyer dissemination.
  • Providing front-line customer service and answering inquiries from prospective students and the general public.
