The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) New Providence Alumni Association’s President, Kadren Moxey-Carey, recently discussed the importance of preparation and the power of education with ninth grade students of her alma mater, D.W. Davis Junior High School.
The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI)’s Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Linda A. Davis as Interim President, effective immediately.
Dr. Davis has served in higher education administration at the senior level for more than 20 years, with experience both locally and internationally.
Three Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) students spanning various disciplines are the latest recipients of full scholarships courtesy of the Rotary Club of Nassau Sunrise (RCNS). Information Technology students Steffon Miller and Peggy McKenzie, as well as Office Assistant student, Carla Tucker, received and signed their official scholarship letters during a recent presentation.
