Information Technology Management

The Information Technology Management programme provides the student with a firm understanding of computer hardware and

software and its interaction in a networked environment.  The programme also provides soft and technical skills providing customer support in a networked office and business environment.  The curriculum prepares students to install/troubleshoot information technology, equipment, understand and implement basic web applications and support its users.  It also provides key project management concepts including scheduling, estimating, coordinating, budgeting and staffing projects.  In addition it prepares students for A+ hardware and software certification, MCP exam 70-210, Microsoft Office Project 2007 and Comptia Network Plus certification.
